Vel’Koz has spilled out of the Void to study the Champions of League of Legends, and he favours brain power over brawn. Created for the sole purpose of learning he absorbs knowledge through tests and scans that often leave his subjects destroyed.
As a ranged mage Vel’Koz is safest at distance or behind his allies. Vel’Koz becomes an entirely different beast once he gains access to Life Form Disintegration Ray. This ultimate deals a devastating amount of damage to all enemies caught within, but a long channel time and slow turn speed makes positioning key to its effectiveness.
