Square Enix has announced that Final Fantasy XIII-2, the second installment in the Final Fantasy XIII trilogy, is now available for Windows PC via Steam and the Square Enix Online Store for $19.99.
The Windows PC version of Final Fantasy XIII-2 includes a number of new features such as 60 frames-per-second (FPS) support, customizable rendering resolution (720p, 1080p and more) and Japanese Voice support with subtitles.
In addition, the previously released Final Fantasy XIII for PC has received its custom resolution update.
As earlier announced, the Windows PC release of Final Fantasy XIII-2 features a whole host of free downloadable content from the original console version*, including:

Final Fantasy XIII-2 surpasses the quality of its predecessor in every way, featuring new gameplay systems, cutting-edge visuals and audio. In this game, players have the freedom to choose from a range of possibilities and paths; their choices affect not only the immediate environment, but even shape time and space.
The Final Fantasy XIII trilogy began in March 2010 with the release of the original Final Fantasy XIII and continued with its sequel, Final Fantasy XIII-2, released in February 2012. The most recent release in the Final Fantasy XIII series, Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII, launched in February 2014 and will be available for Windows PC in Spring 2015. The series has been widely successful, shipping over 11 million units worldwide.
