From Double Fine:
Our Double Fine Presents title, and challenging minimalistic rhythm based platformer 140 is headed to consoles next week, starting with Xbox One, PS4, and Wii U, with 3DS and Vita versions coming later this year. Review code is available now!
Created by Jeppe Carlsen, who was the lead puzzle designer on Limbo and Inside, and with Music by Jakob Schmid, 140 will require a heightened sense of rhythm to overcome obstacles controlled by an energetic, yet melancholic electronic soundtrack, in a world of abstract colorful graphics.
140 was originally released for PC in 2013 after winning the Excellence win Audio award at the Independent Games Festival, and is now being adapted for consoles by Abstraction Games in partnership with Double Fine Presents.
140 will be out on August 30th for the Xbox One in North America and Europe and the PS4 in North America. It will launch on September 1st for the Wii U in North America, September 7th for the PS4 in Europe, and September 8th for the Wii U in Europe.
