From Puuba:
Want to go to battle in The Metronomicon to the tune of your own music library? With the latest update, Puuba are giving fans access to the very same tool that was used to create the game. This means that you can create your own choreography for your own tracks and then play them in-game.

All custom created tracks can be played either in Freeplay Mode or in Story Mode (in a brand new DLC dungeon) with the party of your choice. Each will have their very own leaderboard so you can beat your own high scores or even challenge your friends to a dance off. Learn how to use the Step Editor here.

If you’ve created music choreography tracks before, we are also pleased to announce that The Metronomicon is now compatible with Stepmania’s popular .SM, .DWI, and .SSC file formats. Just import your already created files into the game and dance away!

A full tutorial walkthrough for using Stepmania files can be found here .

Whether you are looking to casually dance away to your own songs or push the difficulty barrier and go for super hard, there is now even more choice of how to play with The Metronomicon!

If you are looking for even more content for The Metronomicon, why not check out the three DLCs that are available to buy now on Steam:

  • Chiptune Challenge Pack 1
  • Indie Game Challenge Pack 1
  • Chiptune Challenge Pack 2
Each DLC gives you access to new songs, new equipment and new challenges.

The Metronomicon Features
  • Unique Rhythm RPG – slay fearsome beasts to an even fiercer beat.
  • An epic quest - A wide range of characters, with locations ranging from a medieval party yacht to a rockstar-haunted castle – and many more!
