SMAC Games and Mode 7 are overjoyed to announce the release of Tokyo 42 on Steam and Xbox One today, Wednesday May 31st. A PS4 version will follow in mid-July. The game is live now on the Xbox Store and will go live on Steam at 10am PST / 6pm BST. It costs an extremely reasonable $19.99 or regional equivalent.
When asked to give a quote to mark the occasion, SMAC developers Sean Wright and Maciek Strychalski responded only with:
"All our friends are having kids these days, so it feels good to join the club."
