Hot damn! These screenshots bring me back. Back when men were men and I'd eat an entire box of applejacks while playing this game with the sound off so my mom wouldn't wake up. That's right...taking it back to ninety three.
If you don't know, allow me to take you rooks to school. Secret of Mana is a top down action RPG from back in the day. You could control one of your three party members at a time, or play three player co-op, which was a big frigging deal back then. Instead of a turn based RPG which was the hot jam at the time, SOM used real time battles with a power bar system, which is more or less still used today.
Secret of Mana is getting the 3-D treatment, new voice acting and some new musical arrangements, although the core music is staying intact, which I think is a smart move. Keep an eye out for the release in February for PS4, PC and PS Vita.
