If somehow you've missed this series, now is the time to knock it off. You have no more excuses! It's out for Steam and it's out for consoles. We have reviewed a few, and the first season alone will make you tumble into an awesome, depressing hole of anxiety-ridden, angsty joy. And the second season, while not as good, is still an amazing continuation of a great story. And the third...ah, the third.
Why aren't you playing this yet?
Maybe you have a console, and you've been saying things like "I have a console, look at me! I can't play this great series, through NO fault of my own."
Well, console owners, there are no more crutches to lean on. All nineteen episodes leading up to the 2018 release of the fourth (and final?) season featuring series favorite, Clem, is now available both physically and digitally in one convenient collection, and they have been visually enhanced as well. The new collection includes the Third season, A New Frontier, Season One, Season Two, the 400 Days DLC, and the three-part Michonne mini-series.
On top of all that goodness, Telltale recently confirmed that Gary Whitta, the writer who worked on Rogue One: A Star Wars Story and The Book of Eli, is serving in a story consultant capacity for The Walking Dead’s fourth season. Whitta also lended a hand on the first season of the series (and arguably the best) and the dlc, 400 Days.
