Death Stranding is an exciting (albeit poorly titled) upcoming action video game developed by Kojima Productions and published by Sony Interactive Entertainment for PlayStation 4. It's the first game by Kojima and his company since Kojima Productions was disbanded in 2015. It looks creepy, weird, and as intense as anything else he's made. Kojima has said that it isn't really an "action" title, per se, and basically alluded that there isn't really a genre for what he has made. Ok. I'm into it.
Actors Norman Reedus and Mads Mikkelsen are going to play the antagonist and protagonist in the game, and they will be brought to life through motion capture, facial scanning, and their vocal performances; director Guillermo del Toro will also contribute his likeness to another character through facial and body scanning. The game's title is a reference to the cetacean stranding phenomenon is a phenomenon in which cetaceans strand themselves on land, usually on a beach.
Get ready to sit for a bit, the runtime on this bad Larry is like 8 minutes.
