There is apparently no end to the Walking Dead. From the Telltale games, to the terrible FPS, spin-offs of the TV show, the actual show, the comic, Monopoly, if you can think it, they'll make it.

Now, there's a new FPS on the way, a four-player co-op, multiplayer, FPS from Overkill, developer of the Payday series. They've dropped a new trailer that reveals the club-wielding Aiden, one of the game's four playable characters. Overkill said to expect a variety of missions and raids, which (as you would expect), involves securing supplies and survivors to strengthen a base camp against both the dead and the living.

Set in Washington, during the initial outbreak, each character has their own skill tree, special abilities, squad roles and story. The official "announcement" (if you can call it that), is as follows:

"The action is close-up and intense: take out enemies carefully with silent melee attacks or go in guns blazing. You need to be able to improvise, as nothing is certain, and a horde of walkers is always around the corner."

No specific official release date has been set, but the game should be out in the fall of 2018.
