NeocoreGames just dropped the biggest content update for Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor-Martyr to date, adding a new terrain setting, a playable class, gameplay optimization features, bug fixes and the first chapter of the Single Player Campaign.
The first chapter of the single player campaign marks the beginning of this epic tale and also serves as a tutorial, introducing gamers to both the mechanics of the game and the brutal world of Warhammer 40,000 in general. The third new character, the Primaris Psyker Inquisitor, plays much differently than the the Crusader and Assassin Inquisitors, and have an interesting caveat that comes along with their skill-set. Psyker Inquisitors are super powerful, but they must be careful with using their powers, because they can backfire and turn against them. What this means is that the Psyker Inquisitors gain penalties for using psychic powers, which may spawn Warp anomalies that can damage them.
