Techland Publishing and Ice Flames have released a brand new Pure Farming 2018 trailer, called “Best Things Come in Threes”, which showcases Pure Farming 2018’s three unique game modes tailored for different play styles.
Designed to introduce players to the ropes of farming simulators, My First Farm teaches you the ins and outs of modern agriculture. Through detailed objectives and helpful tips, players will learn, step-by-step, how to use farming machinery, harvest crops, produce green energy and more. The Farming Challenges consists of 20 hour-long scenarios that challenge players with several extreme situations that real farmers around the world have to cope with. Using preset resources, players will need to save their crops from fire, sustain the farm during a severe drought, weather a locust attack, and more. Finally, the Free Farming mode gives players complete freedom in how they play. Players can set the parameters of the game and simply run the farm their own way. With all machinery and facilities available for purchase from the gate, the goal is to build a global farming empire all on your own, with no ingame help. Just like in the real world, the player's success in Free Farming depends on their efficiency and decision-making skills.
I have never seen the allure of digitally creating real-life work, but a lot of people love this series. I suppose that in a lot of ways, games like Dark Souls can be considered work, and that is one of the biggest series out there, so it's all in the eye of the beholder.
Pure Farming 2018 will be available on March 13th 2018 on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
