Horror-adventure-puzzle-platformer, Little Nightmares just released the final chapter of its three-part DLC, entitled, "Secrets of the Maw: The Residence". Following the adventures of the Runaway Kid, the first two chapters saw the boy escaping the wrath of the Granny and learning about the history of the Nomes, only to run right into the waiting clutches of "The Lady".
The three-part DLC fleshes out some backstory of both the game-world, called "The Maw" and the auxiliary characters of Little Nightmares. Heavy on horror and suspense, this third DLC promises to be a taunt and tense experience, testing your nerves and your brain, as you encounter myriad puzzles, problems and scary-ass grownups. With the way the original game ended, in a darkly intriguing, unsettling finale, I'm excited to see what the ending of the DLC has in store for us.
Little Nightmares is available in digital and physical format on PS 4, Xbox One, and PC. The expansion, Secrets of The Maw has a total of three new stories that parallel the original protagonist, Six, and can be purchased on PSN, XboxLive, Steam, and GOG.
