Light Fall, the new platformer from Canadian indie studio, Bishop Games, follows the story of a young boy on a quest through Numbra, the land of eternal night, trying to reunite with his ol pal who disappeared into the darkness. With the help of the magical Shadow Core, which (who?) is a player-controlled platform, and a grumpy ass owl named Stryx, who, depending on how the old bastard is feeling at the moment, will either dole out useful advice or talk hard trash to you. Thanks a lot, owl. You'll spend the game using Shadow Core to assist you with your platforming, as you guide Numbra across an entire continent, facing war and ancient enemies, in a pretty awesome looking setting.
