Hellblade made a huge splash last year when it debuted as a PS4 exclusive, and now it's getting revamped so Xbox One X owners can give it a shot.
Ninja Theory's acclaimed action game takes a hard look at mental illness by way of Norse mythology, with players assuming the role of Senua, a Celtic warrior who heads out on a vision quest to come to terms with the tragic death of her family. Blending live action with animation, players will solve strange puzzles and brawl with warriors and evil bosses.
The new version will offer various enhancements, including HDR, with Ninja Theory explaining the difference between the versions:
"Players [have] the choice of three enhanced modes to select from. Enhanced Visuals mode offers extra FX and visual quality throughout the experience, High Framerate mode runs the game at 60 frames per second, and High Resolution mode runs the game with dynamic resolutions up to 4K."
Hellblade for Xbox One will be available for pre-order from March 26, and will receive a 10% discount. Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice will be available on Xbox One for $29.99
