Utomik's model just might be the future of gaming, but we won't know for a while; the Netflix-esque game subscription service is headed out of its Beta phase today. Unlike Netflix, the service isn't a streaming platform, instead using ‘smart download technology’, which downloads enough of the game to begin, then downloading segments as you play to keep rolling.

Utomik already has a library of 760 PC games (and rising!) from an impressive group of about a hundred publishers, and they've got games from THQ Nordic, Telltale, SEGA, Warner Bros., Epic games among others. Around twenty new titles are to be added every month, and the owners of Utomik claim they are out gaming the impressive libraries of PlayStation Now and Xbox game pass. You can also cancel your plan at any time.

The service is offering personal plans and a family plans, and you'll get a two-week free trial so you can try before you buy. Take a look at the pricing below for plan info.
