There is a new Fallout on the horizon, and we've got the trailer!
Titled Fallout 76, we don't have much to go on besides a few images of the bunker and a John Denver tune, but we do know a few things.
We know that it's a Fallout game, so BOOM. There's one right there. We also know that as usual, Switch owners are getting screwed, but Bethesda has confirmed that proud owners of a PC, PS4, or Xbox One will be getting the title. We also know that Bethesda Game Studios will be in charge, which is a good thing, since they did the Elder Scrolls series and Fallout 3 and 4.
In the trailer, we see and hear what looks like a politician saying that,“When the fighting has stopped and the fallout has settled, you must rebuild.” However, we only see the player character in the large structure, so it seems that the rebuilding effort is either derailed and severely understaffed. There is also a large area covered in confetti with a banner that says, "Reclamation Day," which could be the day the survivors were supposed to leave the bunker. It seems like either you were left behind, or something sinister happened.
The trailer brings more questions than answers, but rest assured we should get some more information at E3 this upcoming June.
