Happy Birthday America! Today is obviously a day that most spend outside, grilling, swimming and drinking until you can't feel feelings, unless that feeling is patriotism.
While America has had some tough times this year, and a lot of what some people call "unrest," things have been great thus far game-wise. God of War is ruling my life at the moment, FarCry 5 has been a lot of fun despite people having some problems with the story, and to be perfectly honest with all of you, I been playing the MF out of Hotline Miami again (although that isn't from 2018), with some Darkwood on the side. Life is good.
We've got some great reviews headed your way, and for you sim lovers, we have Judgment and Graveyard Keeper coming your way in the next week. We've got more product reviews, and really, we got more of everything that you like, and almost nothing you don't. Keep it here, and I promise not to screw you over.
But today, I want to know what you're doing; are you dicking around with some mobile games on your phone as you're flipping burgers? Are you blacking out your living room and hunkering down with your PS4? Your Xbox? You getting nuts on a Switch with some buddies, or are you going traditional with it? Myself? I'm going to head outside and enjoy the day, and try to get away from screens for a while.
As soon as I beat this last Hotline Miami stage.
And then maybe toss my ax in a tree and beat some dark elves into mush with my bare hands in GOW.
Boy, that sunshine sure is bright. Maybe I'll just pull these blackout curtains real quick...
Happy Birthday, America.
