Robot Gentleman just announced the follow up to their survival adventure game, 60 Seconds!, called 60 Parsecs! is headed our way on PC in September. 60 Parsecs! takes the series from a bomb shelter to the atomic space age, where a hapless cast of characters who have no business being in space, let alone piloting a shuttle, must stay alive after a nuke makes short work of earth. You'll choose your captain, delve into their history, and forge relationships with your crew as you try to figure out what life has in store for you now that earth is dust.
In 60 Parsecs!, dying is supposed to be fun! Whether a brainslug makes the captain toss everyone out of an airlock or aliens knock your ship out of orbit into a dying star, the bulk of the game's humor comes in the form of gruesome death. Drawing upon roguelite gaming aspects and a heavy emphasis on story, 60 Parsecs! has a non-linear narrative that makes every adventure (and macabre death) unique, so replayability is king here. There's also a brand-new crafting system, so you can restock crew-essentials using junk you'll scavenge while out on outbound expeditions.
Check out the trailer below, 60 Parsecs! launches on PC September 18, 2018 for $14.99, and you can get more details on their website, here.
