Fallout 76 doesn't drop until November 14th, but the B.E.T.A. (Break-It Early Test Application) is arriving on Xbox One on Tuesday, October 23rd and one week later for PlayStation 4 and PC players on Tuesday, October 30th. Spend your Halloween in a bunker this year!
The game starts with information on Reclamation Day, in the year 2102. Twenty-five years after the bombs fall, you and your fellow Vault Dwellers, who were chosen from the nation’s best and brightest, emerge into post-nuclear America to see what is left and rebuild society. You can play solo or join together as you explore, quest, build,try not to get your face chewed off by mutants.
The BETA will be for “Focusing as many players as we can into these windows is our prime objective." said they studio, and they went on to say that the servers will be online anywhere from four to eight hours on a given day. After the initial beta, Bethesda said the next step will be to “...fix what we need to fix and do it again and again from the start of B.E.T.A. until a few days before launch.”
