Tied together is a kid friendly platformer that dropped on the Switch today, and it looks like a ton of fun, provided you have some friends to play with.
You take control of a batch of small monsters, who are all tied together, which makes for some pretty interesting mechanics and game physics. The only way you can overcome a gang of obstacles and traps is to work together as a team. The levels looks like they would be right at home in a Mega Man title, and developer Napalmtree has created some pretty difficult looking areas to navigate, which I am sure will lead to you screaming at your friends for screwing up. Speaking of, you can playe cooperatively with two, three or four players, and it looks like the more people you get in on the action, the better.
These environments are vibrant and super colorful, and your skills of cooperating efficiently with your pals are going to be tested, hard. There are a ton of different types of obstacles, off- balance passages and plenty of deadly surfaces like spikes and lava to avoid.
Tied Together is taking full advantage of the Switch, and it releases today for $14.99.
