Call of Cthulhu from Focus Home Interactive is about one man's descent into insanity as he attempts to find redemption with one last case. You assume the role of Pierce, a struggling alcoholic who is tortured by his time as a soldier in WWI, who is haunted by PTSD and strange visions. A dogged investigator with a desire to find the truth, Pierce is contracted by the father of the late Sarah Hawkins (she's the one losing her friggin mind in the trailer) to look into the mysterious fire that engulfed her mansion and killed her family. Pierce is immediately surrounded by distrustful locals and dead ends on Darkwater, and the more he presses forward, the more the world begins to unravel as his reality breaks down.
