Ubisoft's free-to-play platform fighter, Brawlhalla, just dropped on Xbox One and Switch, which will add to its already impressive 15 million players spread across PC and PS4. On top of that, an update that is coming to all platforms (Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, PS4, and PC) will add fan-favorite fighter Rayman to the already extensive cast of characters, plus new skins from Rayman's universe of characters and a new Kung Foot mode.
Rayman has no arms. He's a limbless freak. This is a fact. While you might think that this will put him at a disadvantage, Rayman is bringing his "limbless kung-fu combos" front and center, as he squares off against all kinds of warriors who've been pulled into Valhalla by Odin and his Valkyries. Despite not having any arms or legs, he's still got fists, and he's bringing his boxing gloves from Rayman Legends and his axe, which will allow him to hack down his enemies like a crazed lumberjack.
Rayman will launch with three skins of Sir Rayelot, Raymesis and Raydvar ((Rayman disguised as Bodvar, Brawlhalla's viking hero); while Cowgirl Legend Cassidy will have a Globox skin and Valkyrie Legend Brynn will have a Barbara skin. On top of that, there's a new Kung Foot mode, where Legends hit, kick and blast a soccer ball into their opponent's goal while defending their own; so.... soccer. That's actually called soccer.
Brawlhalla is out now on Xbox One, Switch, PS4 and PC.
