Everyone's favorite tiny COD level is back, and you can expect this version of Nuketown to turn into a meat-filled blender of death just like last time. This is the smallest map in COD: Black Ops, and it's always a high-octane firefight from start to finish.
Treyarch is giving the classic map a re-imagining though, so expect some surprises, like secret passages and a Cold-War setting, which is new, but the level is still the same cramped map that we've all grown to love. The original is largely symmetrical, with two houses each containing two floors and a garage, a back yard and a slice of land in the middle with a couple vehicles getting in the way. Players can take a road to the center of the map on either side of the house, or just head to the upper floor, which works out pretty well for snipers.
Treyarch has dropped some hints that the remake would be set in snowy Russia, and that holds true from the trailer, which is all kinds of frosty. We'll see how different the map is from previous iterations when it drops tomorrow, the 13th of November.
