I suppose this trailer better be hyper-realistic, because they are billing it as "the most realistic racer on the Switch". It definitely looks like it will be "the biggest" racer on the system, boasting more than 1800 miles of tracks, in a ton of different terrains, from mountainside races, through a nature park, in the middle of the desert or alongside the coast. There are 250 available races, including championships, missions and challenges, and in addition to the different locations, there are also weather and track conditions to master: asphalt, icy conditions or rally (sand, dirt and snowy roads).
There's a large garage with tons of different things you can customize and personalize with 7 workshops available to really get in-depth with your equipment and design. If you get overwhelmed easily, don't worry, there's a workshop manager to help you consider which characteristics and types of materials to use, and the feature will help you keep the laws of physics in mind to create balanced racers that offer a realistic driving experience.
In the solo mode, you'll take your customized racer out and try o save the family business from bankruptcy, or you can jump into the multiplayer online mode and create a Club, allowing you to recruit the best drivers and you won't even need a Nintendo Switch Online subscription to do it. The local multiplayer local mode lets you compete against your friends in couch co-op, with up to 4 players at a time in split-screen.
Developed by Eden Games and published by Microïds, you can get your race on with a physical or digital version on December 4th 2018.
