Isle of Madness is the not only the latest story expansion for The Elder Scrolls: Legends, it is also the largest. The expansion's trailer, which dropped today, gives you a look at the emotional story, and also, cards. So... many... cards...
The follows a desperate father who’s willing to take a trip into madness to save his son, which is a nice thing for a father to do. The expansion will introduce new card and lane mechanics, themes of transformation and insanity, and a story that is promising a mixture of both hilarity and tragedy, so I suppose they are trying for a Shakespearian angle on this one. Also, beginning today, players can visit The Elder Scrolls: Legends website to pre-order and get more information on Isle of Madness, but, as we all know, we don't pre-order, do we? No, no we don't. We look, we observe, then we click away, because pre-ordering is for saps. We know this. Getting the new Prince of Madness card, available for players who pre-order, is no reward for selling out and pre-ordering. Right? Good.
Legends’ "most ambitious journey yet" officially releases on January 24 for PC, iOS, and Android devices.
