Those magical mushrooms are at it again, and I'm not talking about tripping balls and worrying that your mom is actually a martian; I'm talking about Mushroom Wars 2 dropping some new DLC. If you missed our review last year, here's what our testers had to say:
"This game is made and meant for strategy fans, so if you aren't into RTS games in general, this title isn't for you. But if enjoy the genre or are curious about RTS games, this is a great one to jump into. It's simple enough that anyone can pick it up, yet challenging enough for people who love the genre. The campaign is fun and engaging, the multiplayer is enjoyable with various game-modes, and custom games are always good if you want to experience a specific type of challenge. It's lighthearted fare, it never gets boring, and there's plenty of challenge here as you progress along the smooth learning curve."
Included in the update are 35 new multiplayer maps, 50 new story-driven campaign missions (with boss fights), 4 new Hero Characters (including a new Amazonian-inspired army), and new environment and interactive game objects.
The Red & Furious DLC will be available tomorrow, February 19th on Steam, iOs, and Android for $4.99, and the new features will be available on Switch in March.
