Hitman 2 has been doing it right, offering a solid title with topnotch action, a revamp of the series with new actions and treats for the sniper inside of you, and perhaps most importantly, no BS day one DLC, no microtransactions, no nothing. Just a badass game for the money you paid. Now, the good people over at Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and IO Interactive have revealed a new Hitman 2 trailer for the upcoming Hantu Port Sniper Assassin Map, which is an all-new downloadable content (DLC) arriving on March 26.
The latest map for Sniper Assassin mode, a standalone co-op experience within Hitman 2, transports players to a container yard set on the island of Singapore where Han Ldong and his wife have been kidnapped by a group of highly skilled criminals known as the Heavenly Guard. Players can roll hard, solo as Agent 47 or get a posse together and complete the contract via online co-op as one of two operatives, Stone and Knight, to take out various targets before they transfer their hostages to a nearby cargo ship.
The Hantu Port Sniper Assassin Map is part of the Hitman 2 Expansion Pass, which contains two Expansion Packs that include new Missions, Locations, Sniper Maps, Challenges, Weapons and Outfits. Sniper Assassin is a franchise-first co-op throwdown for the Hitman series, allowing two players to work together online to complete challenges, earn or score multipliers, upgrade weapons and crush the leaderboards
Don't watch this trailer if you are underage, because there is bloody violence. You hear me? Go watch cartoons or something. And not Ninja Scroll, or some awesome filth like that. You've been warned, children.
