Graveyard keeper was a good deal of fun, albeit flawed when we reviewed it on PC last year. In GK, you have just become the local graveyard keeper after having been mysteriously transported to a medieval society, and you are in charge of taking care of corpses. In fact, anything corpse-related falls under your jurisdiction, and you've got to keep the cemetery up and running by any means necessary, leading to some ghoulish complications and quests. Among other things, our reviewer praised the countless tasks you can fulfill, beautiful word and interesting premise. Here's what he had to say last year:
"Graveyard Keeper provides a well made, very deep, very taxing experience that can suck you in for countless hours whether you're enjoying it or not. There are many things to hook you, but just as many elements that will aggravate, like the inconvenient layout of almost everything and the dull combat. I recommend it, but just be aware of what GK is offering."
Since our review, the team has tightened up the game and now you can see the definitive version on the Switch. They are so pleased, they've even built a coffin to show the game off at PAX East (see video below).
