Warhammer 40,000 Inquisitor - Martyr Updates Their Title & Increases The MurderVideo Game News Online, Gaming News

Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor – Martyr is yet another title with a stupidly long name. An action role-playing video game developed by NeocoreGames, WH40KIM (I mean, how do you even abbreviate this?) was released on June 5, 2018 on PC, with the PS4 and Xbox One versions rolling out on August 23, 2018. Set in the world established by the wargaming franchise, the game focuses on an Inquisitor protagonist and the work of the Inquisition, which, believe it or not, involves a lot of killing and a ton of bullets.

The gameplay uses a top-down camera and features murder in a couple flavors, mainly melee and ranged. You pick your preferred character class, then make your way through the game, leveling your character in a very Diablo-like fashion, and this new update, (Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor - Martyr. 2.0) is a large update based on player feedback and a bunch of game testing. There are some big updates and tweaks here that fundamentally change some of the core features of the game, like the progression system, itemization and loot, and how the combat works. On top of that, the update expands the game with new end-game modes, items, a new level cap and the co-op campaign mode.

The free update is coming out on May 28 for PC, and a bit later on PS4 and Xbox One. Check out the video below to see exactly what to expect when the patch hits, or go to the official site and read all about it.
