We never talk about kid's games on here, but some of you have made the interesting choice of having children and let's be honest, you need them to shut up, stare at a screen and leave you alone while their brains slowly turn to porridge. We get that, and we have you covered. Or, at least indie developer Petoons studio does.
Petoons studio just released their somewhat awarded local party game, Petoons Party this week, and boy, will it make your kid pipe right the hell down. That award I mentioned is no joke, either, as it won the Best Kids Game in the PlayStation Talents Awards in December 2017, applauded for it's intuitive and easy-to-play style. You can play with up to 4 people (time to have those grubby neighbor kids over!), and combines high-end visuals with comical animations that are sure to make your tot's eyes just glaze on over, as your precious, formative time together slowly melts away forever, leaving you with blessed, sweet, sweet silence.
The Petoons (shown below), are a group of 7 wacky creatures who have to save Kimera Island from evil Kitra and you all know how that can be! Consisting of a bunch of mini-games with an easy to use control scheme, this is a game that will give you the full confidence to say to your daughter, "go play with your baby brother" before letting out an irritated sigh and going back to whatever you're playing on the Switch.
Petoons Party is making it’s debut on Steam, and the game will be released worldwide on PS4 in Q2 2019 and on Nintendo Switch and Xbox One in Q3 2019.
