The The Blackout Club is heading our way with version 1.0, and it's looking pretty interesting, kind of like a PG version of Dead By Daylight with a twist. The game plays out as a 1-4 player stealth horror co-op experience where your tools of survival are extremely limited and teamwork with friends is key.The plot surrounds the town of Redacre, where your fellow teenage pal has gone missing. Something is definitely amiss and the adults aren't listening. Classic adults!
You take on the role of brave teen investigators in a town with no cellular or internet access. United by your shared possession-like blackout experiences, you team up to discover the monstrous secret beneath the streets you grew up on. You can't trust your parents, teachers, or the voices in your head (yikes) - all you have is the club, in a "friends to the end, all for one, one for all" type situation.
Created by Question (whose team members worked on The Magic Circle, Bioshock 2: Minerva's Den, and Thief), The Blackout Club is out now on Steam EA.
