I am not buying this for a second! Unless I am... dammit, Mysterio, you tricky bastard! Now I don't know what to think.
Kidding. Mysterio is scum and he will reveal his true colors, setting ollll Spidey up for a big fall. Still, he will learn a big lesson which is important for a young Spider-Man trying to find a way in this post Thanos snap world he has been thrust into.
This new trailer shows Mysterio getting inducted via Spider-Man into the ranks of the Avengers, but I'm assuming it won't last too long before he turns on everyone. I initially thought the elementals were going to be illusions, but there are a lot of explosions happening that look pretty real. It'll be interesting to see what Mysterio has up his sleeve.

Shortly after the events of Avengers: Endgame, Peter Parker, who is mourning the death of his mentor Tony Stark, goes on a school trip to Europe with his classmates. While abroad, he is recruited by Nick Fury to team up with Quentin Beck, also known as Mysterio, a master of trickery and illusion, to battle the Elementals.
