More of the same here, really, but you get to see some more smashing and shooting from Frank Castle.
I am excited about this series, but I don't know about the "our own government did it" angle they are working. Not that I don't think our government is up to a bunch of shady crap, it just seems a little Jason Bourne to me, you know? The whole, "We trained him. We made him a monster. Now, he's after us."
I am hoping there is some kind of twist, because after the shell-casings have fallen and the last sucking chest wound has stopped heaving, what are we left with? "Well, I guess I'll just kill...other bad guys, I suppose. Hey, there's a guy littering!" (whistling cheerfully as gunshots start up again)
As always, I am reserving judgement, but I got kind of a bad feeling about this. The whole "military-op, use their own intelligence to hunt them down" kind of show has been done to death.
