Everyone wants to game, but no one wants to shell out for a $60 title; it's a tale as old as videogames. Being an avid gamer on a budget is a tough situation to be in. You are already ahead of the game (PUN!) by frequenting our site, since we give away steam keys fairly regularly, but there are a few ways to stretch your gaming dollar even further.

1) Visit bundle sites: There are a few great sites out there that bundle games together for a very low fee. Sure everyone knows about Humble Bundle but did you know there are other sites like Fanatical or IndieGala? Green man gaming is another good site to find cheap games. Do a search for PC gaming bundle and you’ll come back with a ton of hits.

2) Take advantage of Steam sales: Now, I'm specifically thinking about the massive summer and winter sales Steam has, but there are also sales going on weekly on this site! Also, some of the games that are being discounted heavily allow you to play them for a limited time for free!

3) Stores: This might sound odd but did you know that you can find older PC games at a variety of different stores? There have been times when I had been in my local 99 cent store and had found PC titles such as Battlefield: Vietnam or a 10 pack of strategy titles. You have no idea what you might find in such stores like Dollar General, Big Lots or Five Below so you need to check those stores and even the Goodwill! Who knows what hidden treasures are in these great stores?

4) Facebook Marketplace and Craigslist. Often, people don't know what they have, or just don't care; they just want a few bucks. You can often trade or haggle with FB and CL people as well, dropping your price even further.

And there you have it! Try out these tips, and you'll have a bigger Steam (and console) library in no time!
