Sure. Things didn't go great after Terminator 2, ok? We all know this. Terminator 3 was fun, and I actually enjoyed it, but it was a surprisingly light affair, and the movies that came after were disappointing. That's a fact.
The new film might be the course correction that the series needs, and they are bringing back the heart of the series with Linda Hamilton reprising her role as Sarah Conner. Check out the set photo below.
Schwarzenegger will be back as the T-800, and we'll see him square off against Gabriel Luna (S.H.I.E.L.D.) as the new Terminator. The film is expected to wrap filming in October, and is slated to open on Nov. 22. The movie doesn't have a title thus far, but we do know it will be directed by Tim Miller (Deadpool), with a writing room that includes David S. Goyer, Justin Rhodes, Billy Ray and Josh Friedman.
What are we thinking here, Terminator fans? Should this series get a break? Should they reboot it? Did they screw the pooch so hard on the last couple films that they should just back way, way off?
Let me know what you think in the comments.
