We already knew from the second trailer that Arthur Curry, aka Aquaman, aka Jason Momoa would eventually suit up in the classic Aquaman costume, but now, thanks to the first press screening on Thursday night, we can see the suit up close, as the costumes were on display and some good people from ComicBook.com were able to take some great photos of both the Black Manta suit and Aquaman costume. Check em out below, they are pretty sweet, aside from Black Manta's costume looking a little plastic-y.
Here's the official synopsis for the movie:
"Following the events of Justice League, Arthur Curry, the reluctant ruler of the underwater kingdom of Atlantis, is caught in a battle between surface dwellers that threaten his oceans and his own people, who are ready to lash out and invade the surface."
Aquaman stars Jason Momoa, Amber Heard as Mera, Willem Dafoe as Vulko; Temuera Morrison (Green Lantern) as Tom Curry; Dolph Lundgren as Nereus; Yahya Abdul-Mateen II as Black Manta and Ludi Lin as Murk.
Aquaman hits theaters on Dec 21st.
