Here we go, fantasy fans; the eighth and final season of HBO's Game Of Thrones is scheduled to premiere on April 14, 2019,and we finally have a trailer that doesn't really show us all that much. Sweet!
Unlike the first six seasons, this season only has six episodes, instead of ten (season 1-6) and the seven episodes in the seventh season. However, much like the previous season, we're getting mostly all original content not written by George R. R. Martin in his "A Song of Ice and Fire" book series. The writers are performing without a net here, so we'll see how the narrative impact hits with TV writers handling the conclusion instead of the progenitor of the series.
