Here we get a couple new scenes, another look at Mysterio, and a surprising scene where someone (else) has found out Peter's secret identity. He is just not good at keeping that thing under wraps. I won't spoil it, but it's literally in the trailer, so it's on you if you want to watch it or not. It's not all that big of a reveal, to be honest.
The sequel to Spider-Man: Homecoming (2017) and the twenty-third film in the MCU, is getting the band back together from the original, bringing Jon Watts back to direct, and the film is written by Chris McKenna and Erik Sommers, and stars Tom Holland as Peter Parker / Spider-Man, alongside Samuel L. Jackson, Zendaya, Cobie Smulders, Jon Favreau, Marisa Tomei, and Jake Gyllenhaal, who will be playing Mysterio.
In Spider-Man: Far From Home, Parker meets Nick Fury for the first time, who wants him to face elemental threats from another dimension while he is on a school trip to Europe. Set right after Avengers: Endgame, Peter, who is still mourning the death of Tony Stark, heads to the aforementioned Europe field trip, hoping to clear his head and just be a kid. Trying to chill, he runs into and is recruited by Nick Fury to team up with Quentin Beck (Mysterio), a master of illusion to battle the Elementals.
Watch the Chinese trailer below for some new stuff and catch the film when it comes out on July 2nd.
