The Free-To-Play Fantasy RPG Is Now Available With Full Cross-Platform Support
SHANGHAI, China (March 27, 2024) - Farlight Games, the global publishing brand of Lilith Games, today released AFK Journey on Windows PC and through mobile storefronts on Apple and Android devices. As the sequel to the global smash hit AFK Arena, which has attracted millions of players since launch, AFK Journey expands the experience of its predecessor in numerous ways, including the addition of a dynamic world to explore, a lush, reimagined art style, and full voice acting during cutscenes.
AFK Journey whisks players back to the magical world of Esperia, where they will recruit numerous heroes to their cause, take on powerful foes, and earn rewards both through in-game actions and idle (AFK) mechanics. Players can freely roam across Esperia's rich and colorful world, exploring bustling towns and taking on quests from NPCs. The combat system has been revamped to add new abilities, including environmental traps and precision-timed ultimate moves to unleash on enemies.
Farlight Games will release expansive content updates for AFK Journey on a roughly quarterly basis, starting in May 2024. As a live service title, players can expect a robust content offering and regular patch updates going forward.
