Come play Sonokuni (and meet the developers) at Bitsummit in Kyoto
Tokyo, Japan - 11th July, 2024 - Bitsummit, the biggest indie event in Japan's gaming industry calendar, is just around the corner - and Kakehashi Games will be there showcasing our upcoming Japanese hip hop-infused action title Sonokuni.
Will your outlet have anyone attending Bitsummit in Kyoto this year?
If so, we have some slots open on the first ‘business’ day of the event (Friday, 19th July 2024) for press. We’ll have hip hop crew-turned-developer Don Yasa Crew on hand for interviews and a fresh build of the game for you to get hands-on.
We have a limited number of slots on that business day, so if you’re interested, please request one via the link below and we’ll see if we can fit you in!

About Don Yasa Crew
Don Yasa Crew is a 7-person Japanese hip hop group who in 2019 - during the height of Covid pandemic lockdown in Japan - decided to make a game. With live performances impossible, their aim was to convey their particular have-not-hip-hop style through Sonokuni - a world and story infused with raw energetic music and a fresh biopunk take on Japanese mythology.
