Gori: Cuddly Carnage Demo Hovers Onto Consoles and PC
Cat-Tastic Free Demo Now Available to Celebrate International Cat Day from Wired Productions
Watford, United Kingdom — August 8, 2024 | Wired Productions, along with developer Angry Demon Studio, are purrfectly pleased to announce the release of a new demo for the upcoming cat-action game, Gori: Cuddly Carnage on PC, Nintendo Switch™, PlayStation®5, PlayStation®4, Xbox Series X|S, and Xbox One systems. The consumer demo offers excited players on all platforms the opportunity to flex some cat-titude along with their pawsitively pawsome skills as Gori, the adorable but deadly feline protagonist, navigates through a world litter-ly filled with challenges and enemies.
The free demo features the first level of the game, which was previously only available for PC during the most recent Steam NextFest. Moreover, this is the first time PlayStation and Nintendo Switch players will have a demo of Gori: Cuddly Carnage on their preferred platforms. This new demo includes visual polish and the addition of enhancements and features including ‘finishers’ on weakened enemies to generate health and energy. ‘Perfect dodges’ have also been added, where evading at the right time will slow down time momentarily to allow players to move quicker than the enemies.
The new Gori: Cuddly Carnage demo will be a wild and fun ride, not for the faint of heart. Players can expect even more cat-tastic and ultra-violent third-person hack ‘n’ slash fun when the game launches next month. The game is set in a futuristic neon world, packed with vivid and immersive environments which allows players to perform gnarly acrobatics in a brutal combat experience filled with high-speed action and intense destruction. Gori takes on this world by riding the foul-mouthed death-dealing hoverboard, F.R.A.N.K., slicing and dicing through hordes of zombie-like, mutated toys. It is up to Gori to save the world!
Gori: Cuddly Carnage will release on August 29 for PC, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation and Xbox systems for MSRP $21.99 /€21.99 / £17.99.
