As students, we started with a dream - to create an open-world role-playing game. Pretty ambitious for a first project, but we did it. After developing a first demo to show our vision of Drova, we formed a company, found a publisher, moved into the office and... here we are, with a finished game!
In Drova, the entire world has been handcrafted and offers many opportunities for adventure, treasures, exciting battles and interesting people. Your choices really do matter and the world reacts to you and your actions. Everyone in Drova also has a unique name, a daily routine and a story about why they are in Drova.
While Drova has an old school approach to its RPGness, the combat system is quite modern. With a stance system, buffs and debuffs, traps and consumables, physical and weapon abilities, as well as magical powers, players have many tools at their disposal to take on a wide variety of enemies.
