REELING IN A BIG CATCH – NICE DAY FOR FISHING ANNOUNCED FOR XBOX RELEASE
Viva La Dirt League's debut pixel fishing adventure, Nice Day for Fishing is set to launch on Xbox Series X|S later this year.
Wed, 20th August 2025 – Team17 Digital and FusionPlay have today announced their hit pixel fishing adventure title, Nice Day for Fishing is finally coming to Xbox Series X|S. Fans of the much-loved YouTube comedy group, Viva La Dirt League will not need to wait long as the release is set to drop later this year. The news was announced during the Xbox broadcast at Gamescom, the world's largest gaming event in Cologne, Germany.
It was also announced at Gamescom there will be a huge free content update on the way, including seasonal events, new fearsome and intimidating enemies and additional customisation options, such as sails to give your boat a fresh look and new outfits for Baelin, so he can save the day in
style.
The Viva La Dirt League cast will also be attending Gamescom, participating in various stage events and hoping to bump into fans.
Nice Day for Fishing will be available to play for those that have not yet fallen hook, liner and sinker for this fun-filled RPG adventure. Find it at the Team17 booth located in Hall 6 / B-060.
