Wholesome shopkeeping game Trash Goblin now Steam Deck certified in latest update!
1.2 update also adds gamepad support, 25 additional new trinkets, and a new cosmetic set!
London, England – October 3rd, 2025 — "Best Small Studio" indie game developer Spilt Milk Studios is delighted to reveal that their fan-favourite 'Very Positive' rated wholesome shopkeeping game Trash Goblin has just released its second major update, Steam Deck N Stuff! As the title implies, this 1.2 version of Trash Goblin adds reworked Steam Deck support, allowing for ideal trinket restoration on the go!
That's not all, as this latest update also adds new control options such as gamepad support and full keyboard & mouse options, making Trash Goblin more accessible than ever! There's plenty of new in-game content to boot, such as 25 additional new trinkets, and the new Harvest Festival cosmetic set to ring in the new autumnal pumpkin spice season.
"One of our most requested features this summer was Steam Deck and gamepad support, so we prioritised letting players engage with Trash Goblin however they want to," said Andrew Smith, Creative Director at Spilt Milk Studios. "We also wanted to expand our trinket library, adding a plethora of new combinations for creative goblins to tinker with! More updates are planned for the future too, so stay tuned!"
