This FAQ is just a secrets FAQ, so if you're looking for a walkthrough for MOH,
look elsewhere. This guide will show you what you have to do to earn the
secrets, how to receive an excellent rating, what the medals do, and it will
also give you some cool codes.

is in it, save for maybe some questions from anyone that I'll add in the FAQ

Added the ATTENTION WEBMASTERS disclaimer at the top of this FAQ. Also added a
new code, although I haven't tried it out yet to see if it works or not.
In order to open up every single secret that Medal of Honor has to give, you
must know how to earn an excellent rating for the missions. The excellent rating
is the highest rating you can get. When you get an excellent rating, you will
receive three stars at the endof your mission. Here are the key things you MUST
do in order to receive a three-star rating(excellent rating):
BE ACCURATE!- If you want that three-star rating, you must be accurate with all
of your shots. Try not to waste ammo, and always try for the easy kill(e.g. head
shots). You should have at least have an accuracy of 70% or higher.
KILL EVERYONE- This basically explains itself. All you have to do to help
yourself get a three-star rating is to kill everyone of those Nazis. It is tough
on most levels, though, mainly because a lot of them usually come out of
nowhere.
VERY HIGH HEALTH- One of the things you must do in order to get a three-star
rating is to have at least 75% health a when you leave the level. A good thing
to do to help you accomplish this is to try to avoid confrontation as much as
possible, and to try to save all health pickups for the end of a level.
Those are all of the things that I know of so far that contribute to your
overall rating. If you follow these guidelines, you should be able to receive an
excellent rating on every level.
Every mission requires you to get excellent ratings for each level in that
mission in order to receive the secrets. The more excellents you get, the better
the reward or secret you'll get.

So you've earned every medal huh? Well, don't get too excited, because they're
worth jack. Yep. You don't get anything for getting them, only bragging rights.
But they do look nice, don't they? Anyways, here's a list of every medal:
Here are some cheat codes for those of you who are too lazy to open them up for
yourselves:
*NOTE*- These codes only work in PREVIOUSLY played levels, and those levels
only. They will not work in levels that you've just started. Just wanted to
clear that up.

Captain Dye mode
Enter "CAPTAINDYE" as a password to unlock Captain Dye mode. If you entered the
code correctly, the Enigma machine will flash green. This mode keeps your health
persistent from level to level within a mission instead of restarting at 100%
each time. Playing the game in this mode results in a different path to
acquiring the various secret commendations and unlocking the multi-player

Q: How many multiplayer characters are there?
A: Approximatly 28, after unlocking them all of course.
Q: Is the multiplayer mode any good?
A: It's pretty good, although it's no Goldeneye. :)
Q: Are the secrets worth unlocking?
A: Sure they are, and you feel good for doing so all by yourself. But
if you're too lazy or just not good enough to open them up yourself,
you can always use the codes...
