Hello. This is a Tony Hawk 2 Full Version Moves and Stats list.
With all the time i have been playing this, is pretty shocking. Staying up until 3am just to
complete the Bullring at 100% efficiency, is darn exciting. However, after finishing it with
Chad Muska for the first time, I felt a great sense of accomplishment, knowing that I had
beaten the game without any help. This is why I wont do a full playguide (maybe in the future)
because it would spoil your fun, and you wouldn't get the most out of the game. There are 3
hidden characters, and a full cheats list for when you get 100% and gold medals in every level.
This convenient moves list was written by me, and should not be reproduced in any way.
This version has all the basic stuff for a moves list, and I will add fffaaar more onto this in
my next update. So if the Level Maps are incomplete, you will see all of them in the next vers.

Its Scott Kimber writing this FAQ/Playguide from Canberra, Australia. I just wandered into
GameFaqs looking for info on Tony Hawk 2. To my suprise, there were only FAQs for the demo,
and only two of em. So, I thought, Why not make my own? So here I am, writing a comphrehensive
FAQ for GameFaqs, and this will be my first FAQ written for a site.

Part 10: Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q: How do I get to the gym in the School level?
A: When the second Roll Call bell rings (at 1:39ish) jump onto the OpenSuzmee roll call rail
and grind it from the top. Bingo...How did that gym get there?
Q: I keep going off the edge of the ramp...and keep bailing. It is a really hard handicap in the
competitions, how can i prevent this?
A: If you leave a ramp, hold Down until you land, your skater might land it, since pressing Down
makes your character lean back. Works for me. On some ramps however, it wont work...
Q: How do i get the Secret Levels?
A: Finish it at 100% with everyone, Created Skater and Spiderman. Note that you do not
need Private Carrera to do this.
Q: Why is Spiderman in a skateboarding game?
A: Cause the developers, Activision and Neversoft are making a Spiderman game.

It is not advised that you refer to this section, unless you are absolutely stuck, and just
want a clue. So, the clues are listed first, and the full playguide is elsewhere on GameFAQS,
as section 13. So, only refer to the Hints if you are stuck, and if you still cant do it, then

Find All The Cash: The Chained Gates open, grind the two "Secret Key" rails.
Level 7: Philadaphedia, Pennyslyvania
High Score: Use the Table Pop bonus as much as possible...
Pro Score: Up to you...
Sick Score: Use your characters special grind and manual between tricks as much as possible.
Collect S-K-A-T-E: Obvious really...
Drain the Fountain: Use Rails to get to high places
Collect 5 Bells: Another obvious one..
Bluntside the Awning: A Bluntside is either Up, Up + Triangle or Down, Down + Triangle
Liptrick 4 Skatepark Lips: Grind on a telephone line to knock down the gates to the Skatepark
Find the Secret Tape: Just jump, trick, grind, and repeat.
100% Goals and Cash: Use the Boneless as much as humanly possible
Level 8: The Bullring, New Mexico: Contest 3
100% Goals and Cash: Use the ramp below the flags to get some air to grind, and when all else
fails, run over the bull's droppings....every now and then it will reveal a money note.
HOT TIPS:
If you find it hard to judge a landing, (VB Transfers in Venice for instance) then use a Mute or
Indy rotator to help, it makes it so much easier as the character crouches on the board, thus
making it a whole lot easier to judge. It might not seem much, but this is a really useful tactic
If you leave the ramp in mid air, immediately hold Down, as this makes your character lean back.
This is a real neck-saver in competitions like in the Bullring where you jump too far over the
side of a quaterpipe/halfpipe
In the largest secret level, there are gaps only possible by turning Moon Mode on. After all,
thats what the "Heaven" in the title is for.

Part 13: Troubleshooting List

Problem: The Dual Shock is not working
Answer: Turn on the Dual Shock in the Options Menu and plug it in properly
Problem: The screen goes black during gameplay
Answer: You or a friend turned it off. Turn it back on doofus.
Problem: You seem to be grinding the flat floor
Answer: This is not a bug, its a new move, a manual.
Problem: Screen goes fuzzy or wipes out alltogether
Answer: You Playstation is suffering from the old ventilation problem, so stand it on its side.
Problem: Analogue is unresponsive
Answer: Because the analogue is not as accurate as the D-pad, you might pop a different move.
Problem: You cant get the 100% goals or cash bonus even though you have finished all level goals
Answer: You havent collected all the cash icons
Problem: Your save file has been corrupted
Answer: You must have had some kind of electronic magnetic feild nearby when the game was saved.
Problem: You have spilt water on your Playstation
Answer: DO NOT TURN IT ON, unplug it immediately, and take it to the local computer store.
Leaving it plugged in causes the water to heat up, and because water acts as a conductor for
electricity, it can cross over some circuits in your Playstation. Anyone that has spilt water
on their keyboard will know for sure.
